2. The Wild Trapeze

I love this album. It's very Incubus, but it's better than the last 2 Incubus albums. It's quite an achievement that Brandon was able to do this entirely himself with very little collaboration. I didn't realize how talented he was.

If you're looking for something insightful, passionate, and positive to listen to, I'd definitely give this a go. "Here Comes Everyone" is a great song with lyrics that take from an Oscar Wilde quote:

Yeah, we're only treading water
Whether yours or whether ours
Yeah, we're all in the gutter
But some of us are looking at the stars

"All Ears Avow" is great too. A lot of the songs sound like the mic is turned up too high, but this amplified effect is deliberate.
